We accept payment via the following methods. Please ensure you have reviewed the terms and conditions before initiating your payment.

Terms & Conditions
1. To Order a Dress Material, share a pic of the Dress Material, Complete Address and Payment Screenshot.
2. We do not Accept COD ( No Cash On Delivery).
3. When Sharing payment screenshots, Transaction number / UTR / Reference Number should be visible and clear, without it payment will not be considered. Screenshot of bank messages will not be considered for payment proof.
4. On receipt of Parcel, if the parcel looks damaged in transit, don't accept it. It will get back to us, we will dispatch back a fresh parcel. If you accept a damaged parcel and if there is any piece short as per order we will not be responsible.
5. On the receipt of a Parcel Please make a parcel opening video, no complaint will be entertained without the video. (If you don't know how to make a video click here)
6. Video should be showing parcel from All the sides that the parcel has not opened before. (If it is found that, parcel is open before starting the video, it will not be acceptable for any complain)
7. Video should show the name & tracking sticker clearly.
8. In the video you should take out the material & check it.
9. Video should be uncut.
10. We don't ask for any OTP, Don't share any OTP with anyone.
11. We don't share any payment link. Don't click on any unknown link.
12. We share tracking numbers only when asked by the customer. If you don't know How to track, Don't track. So many customers don't know how to track, they go to fraud websites, put All the details there like Bank Details, OTP etc and invite Fraud themselve. (In any such case we will not be responsible for any loss).
13. Once payment is done you can not cancel the order or change any piece.
14. Average Delivery Time of Parcel is:
- Mumbai 3 to 4 days
- Rest Maharashtra 4 to 6 days
- All India 7 to 10 days
- North East India 12 to 15 days
15. If you have an urgent order, please inform us about it before payment. Your order will not get any priority if you inform about urgency after the payment.
16. The color tones of posted photographs can never be 100% precise.
17. We accept returns but in case of defect only. (Parcel opening video is compulsory, see point no. 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9) No return for personal satisfaction / colour shade difference.

Each piece is handcrafted individually, making imperfections a part of its beauty. Due to its handmade nature, no two pieces will have the exact same color.
How is Batik Made?
*Hot wax is stamped onto plain white fabric using handcrafted blocks.
*The fabric is then dyed in a specific color.
*It is dried naturally in open air.
*Finally, the wax is removed.
What to Expect?
Since Batik is made using a traditional process, customers may notice:
*Residual wax on the fabric.
*Wrinkles due to the cleaning process (sometimes mistaken for an "old" look).
*Slight variations in color compared to photos.
*The use of thick fabric, as thinner fabrics do not hold wax well.
Important Notice
Batik materials are non-returnable for concerns related to
* Color variation.
* Fabric thickness.
* Perceived old appearance.
* Wax residue.
